Bellini Replacement Doors and Panels

Bellini Replacement doors is a family run business with over 18 years of experience in the cabinet making industry based in Medway, Kent.

Our hand crafted bedroom wardrobe, kitchen, bathroom cabinet doors and panels are manufactured entirely on site using extremely dense deep routing grade 18mm MDF with a laminated white melamine back. The door blanks are then sanded smooth and sprayed with a water resistant membrane glue prior to being vacuum pressed. This process ensures that all edges and both faces of the door/panel are completely sealed. Only the highest quality foil vinyl is used so as to ensure years of trouble free service. We are able to accommodate any size from 75mm-1000mm wide and 75mm-2400mm tall. All bedroom wardrobe, kitchen, bathroom cabinet doors and panels can be produced in bespoke sizes within these limits.

The slab, a plain and simple design is currently the most popular style with a choice of chamfered, square or rounded edges. Create your own unique look by mixing more than one colour in a single room, with, for example, high gloss stone white wall cupboard doors and high gloss cappuccino base cabinet doors.

Measuring Your New Doors

The easiest method is to measure the original doors in millimetres. If the old doors are not present, measure the height of the carcass and minus 5mm then measure the width and minus 4mm. A carcass 720mm high and 400mm wide should therefore have a door 715mm high by 396mm wide.

Drawer Line Carcasses

When a kitchen base unit is fitted with a drawer, the height of the drawer front and the height of the door together is 10mm less than the height of the carcass. Both the door and drawer front are reduced by 5mm. A carcass 720mm high will give you 155mm for the drawer front and 555mm for the door.

Drawer Bases

When a base unit only has drawers, divide the total height of the carcass by the number of drawers. A carcass 720mm high with 4 drawers will give you 180mm for each front. Deduct 5mm from each and you will need: 4 drawers @ 175mm each.

Measuring for Hinge Holes

We do not charge extra for drilling hinge holes but please note, we only use a 35mm hinge bit.
The position is specified as a distance from the top edge of the door to the centre of the hole for the top hinge and from the
bottom edge of the door to the centre of the hole for the bottom hinge.
100 up/down means: drill one hole 100mm up from the bottom edge and the other 100mm down from the top edge.
